2. Your Data shall be processed by the Data Controller solely for the purpose of:
a) conducting recruitment for the position you have applied submitting your CV, i.e. . identifying and assessing your professional or vocational qualifications and job skills and abilities required
at a given position and also for selecting and employing an appropriate person(s) at the Gospodarstwo Ogrodnicze Aleksandra Kusibab-Wyka i Marcin Wyka, and
b) processing your contact Data for (an)other recruitment(s) conducted in the future pursuant to your separate consent (their purpose shall be described precisely in the content of the consent).

The Data collection includes, among other things: name, surname, history of employment, professional or vocational qualifications, bank account number, the amount of remuneration, residence address, email address, telephone number, information concerning the state of health and family situation within the scope indispensible for accomplishing workers’ rights and entitlements resulting from the regulations of law relating to the national insurance.

b) making other services of the Sales Department at the Data Controller’s Customer Service Department rendered, i.e.:
conveying information over the phone, sending by email or in a traditional letter, dispatched by means of the Polish Post, correspondence concerning the status of purchase orders, the recovery of the amounts due, the handling of Customer’s complaints or the organization of purchase order shipments, and
c) conveying marketing information over the phone, sending by email or in a traditional letter, dispatched by means of the Polish Post, marketing materials, i.e. catalogues of seedling varieties, current price lists, offers with price lists, seasonal holiday greetings and planting recommendations (planting recommendations shall be sent at the express request of the Customer).

4. The recipients of your Data shall be the:
a) organizations authorized to process Data pursuant to the provisions of law governing data processing, and
b) companies with whom the Data Controller concluded contracts for entrusting them with the Data processing, e.g. within the scope of managing IT systems or accountancy.

5. The Data mentioned in Points 4a and 4b above shall be processed pursuant to the necessity of Data processing for undertaking, at your request, the activities by the Data Controller prior to concluding the agreement with the Data Controller or performing the agreement concluded with the Data Controller.

6. Your Data shall be processed within the scope stipulated in Point 3c above solely pursuant to your consent. You have the right to withhold your consent at any time. 7. If your Data is processed pursuant to your consent, it shall be processed till the moment of your withholding the consent and after such a withholding for a period of expiration of rights which the Data Controller is entitled to and against them.
1) If the Data is processed pursuant to the necessity of Data processing for the sake of undertaking at your request the activities by the Data Controller prior to contracting the agreement with the Data Controller or performing the agreement concluded with the Data Controller, the Data shall be processed till the moment of termination of the agreement concluded with the Data Controller, and after such a termination for a period of expiration of rights to which the Data Controller is entitled and against them.

You have the right to request the Data Controller to:
a) grant you access to your Data (i.e. you have to right to receive information about your Data processing and receive copies of its processing at any time)
b) rectify and correct your Data
c) delete your Data
d) limit the processing of your Data, and
e) transfer your Data, i.e. the right to receive your Data from the Data Controller in a commonly used computerized format suitable for machine reading within the scope of the Data processed by the Data Controller pursuant to the agreement concluded with you; you may transfer the above-mentioned Data to other Data Controllers or request the Gospodarstwo Ogrodnicze Aleksandra Kusibab-Wyka i Marcin Wyka Data Controller to transfer it to another Data Controller; the above-mentioned Data shall be transferred by the Gospodarstwo Ogrodnicze Aleksandra Kusibab-Wyka i Marcin Wyka Data Controller provided it is technically possible.
